Patricia (Patti)'s Story
Life
After graduating in 1976 I went on to start a family, right away. I have 4 children, 2 boys in 1977 & 1978 (10 yrs. in between) & then 2 girls (1988,1991). I have 7 grandchildren & 1 great-grand on the way I got divorced by 1980, the same year I started with Pacific Bell/SBC. I'm a native San Diegan & live here in Spring Valley. I was on the 20 yr. re-union committee & am sad we didn't have a 25 yr., so we did the 30th ! Now the locals, at least, try to get together once a year. Workplace
Began as AT&T/Pacific Telephone "0" Operator in 1980. Transferred to the Business Office one year later. Worked in Collections, Residential Business Office (where you call about your bill or place an order to move or set up service, etc.), then the Business Business Office & I supported an outside Sales Team for Large Companies. All of my work has been in San Diego, various Communities.
Jan 2009 Early Retired! I have a very full, busy life & love it!
